Work outs around the house

My knee extension is not progressing much but we are to the slow part.  Now the idea is getting my leg strong again.  The excercises I need to do are: 
- gym - biking
- leg presses @ gym or squats at home
- leg curls at the gym or ankle plank on the  yoga ball at home
- balance on a bozu ball at the gym or one leg balance on the dog bed while brushing my teeth
