I have been off of norco for 2 days. But my aunt dropped by yesterday and gave me a reason why that might not be good.
Right now i am still limping around tenderly putting pressure on my knee. The way she describes it, she says you should get doped up and push yourself harder. So basically I might be doing worse for my rehab because I am walking around so tenderly, whereas if I tried to walk more normally (perhaps with the help of norco) I might rehab my knee more quickly.
What I am gonna do for now is stay off the norco and focus on walking more normally. When I walk I am just gonna try and walk as normal as possible.
