Recently on a trip to look at and possibly buy a Dodge Charger in Jerome one of the tires blew a retread and bent ul the trailer and destroyed the trailer brake light. So today I cut off the mangled fender portion, reshaped the leftover bent portion.
The next step is to purchase a replacement brake light. The person we bought the trailer from, purchased the winch at harbor freight so we will look their for the replacement. It should look like this.
Turns out that we have a little wiring issue. where the 4 wire plug has a couple of wires that have come detached as well, so we had to rewire them. and to do that we had to learn which wires are which, we use this here diagram.
Once I had rewired everything I figured I
out that the left light bulb was also out. So I may not have needed to rewire things but now the connections ore ore taped and I just need to get a new bulb.
